We are a friendly team looking forward to a new colleague.

The health center is located 5 minutes from Huddinge Hospital by car or 15 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm Södra. The health center's mission encompasses all aspects of a well-functioning primary care for a population of approximately 19,000 inhabitants. Tullinge is an area that is constantly growing and developing. We are now looking for a district nurse for our "SMO" clinic.

The position is divided 50% on SMO, the Special Medical Care Reception, and 50% on the general practitioner reception with the usual tasks for a district nurse.

We are one of 4 clinics in Region Stockholm that have started a reception aimed at patients with neuropsychiatric functional variations, to increase accessibility for this patient group. You will work closely with a general practitioner here at the health center. Collaboration also occurs with habilitation, relatives, and other stakeholders around the patient. The district nurse's role includes conducting patient visits and coordinating care for patients.

Job Responsibilities:

As a district nurse with us, you will be offered a varied and diverse job. You will perform all the usual tasks of a district nurse at the health center and also work with telephone counseling and patient reception.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with further education in open healthcare.

As a person, you are meticulous, driven, and have good organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently as well as in a team. A professional approach and good interaction with patients and colleagues are a given for you. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Type:

The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting by agreement. A probationary period may apply.

  • background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overall guidelines for background checks during hiring.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to applicable directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
